Brown Sugar

Sour Cream
(full fat recommended)
1 and ½
tbsp
Unsalted Butter
(melted and cooled)

Egg
1-2
tbsp
Earl Grey Tea
(to your liking)
Vanilla Glaze

Icing Sugar

Milk

Instructions
Earl Grey Donuts
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and tea.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, butter and egg.
Add the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together and fold until just combined. Don't overmix.
Use a spoon or a pastry bag to fill the donut pan with the batter.
Bake for 10-17 minutes. Until the donuts are risen and light brown. They should spring back when they are touched with a finger.
Vanilla Glaze
In a small bowl combine, the milk, icing sugar and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and dip the donuts into the icing.
Let them drip on a cooling rack that is placed over a baking sheet.
