A super quick and easy whole wheat apple cinnamon scone recipe, for those days when there is a chill in the air. These scones are delicious! I used whole wheat flour because it adds a depth of flavour and a nuttiness that works really well with the apples and cinnamon – the fact that it also adds a bit of fibre is a side benefit lol! I love the combination of apples and cinnamon and it’s a pretty popular combo for the cold months of fall and winter for various reasons.
