We love the TWG Vancouver location! Every meal we have there is excellent and each item is infused with their signature tea blends. TWG has an everyday menu that includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. They also have special seasonal teas and dinners that debut throughout the year. Their current offering is the Spring Set Menu. We had the pleasure of sampling that yesterday and it is only available until April 30th, so make sure to try it before it is gone!

The Beet Salad is a fresh and tasty beginning to this delicious meal. A mix of raw and cooked beets give a nice texture to the salad. The hazelnut granola is a crispy addition that fits perfectly with the goat cheese and beets.
The Pan-Seared Wild Coral Trout is expertly cooked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. It has a soft and pleasant flavour and we were very impressed by the green rice, that is infused with Magic Moment Tea. It is a perfect pairing.
The dessert is a set of Cream Profiteroles infused with raspberry, cherry and TWG’s Sakura Sakura! Tea. This dish is stunningly beautiful and filled with a delightful combination of sweet and tart flavours.
The 1837 Green Tea fits well with this meal and has a strong and earthy green tea flavour.
